Food: Burritos, Icei's and Eladio's

Hello, today I'm gonna talk about "burritos". It is my favorite food and I really like cooking it, making the meat, the tomatoes, the spices, and everything that a burrito can have. I do like cooking every kind of food, but I prefer cooking burritos, since you can put in it everything you want, like avocados, ketchup, mustard, mexican sauce, etc. At my University I usually eat the menu of the day from Icei's cafeteria, but sometimes I buy sushi or handrolls. I think I should start eating healthier, but sometimes it cost more money, or you just don't have time to wait in the cafeteria, since we got only one hour to have lunch. My favorite restaurant is Eladio, a familiar restaurant, where the strong meal is meat, in many varieties. It's located in Santiago, and sometimes you must book your visit since it's always very crowded. I think we should innovate in the food that we eat, so that we can make our favorites meals something special and personal, an...

The best concert I ever went: Green Day 2010

Today I'm gonna talk about Green day's concert. It was in Santiago, Chile, in 2010, and it was Green day's second visit to Chile. Green day is a pop punk band, sometimes categorized as a punk rock band, that have a long career and many albums. Their career made possible for them to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015, for "yanking punk rock out of the underground and into the mainstream" (www.rockhall.com/inductees/green-day). I remember been in the crowd, singing all the songs, and jumping with the beat of the drums, until I almost passed out because of dehydration, but I recovered and return to the crowd to jump and sing again. The atmosphere was really nice, all the public connected to the songs, and Green day's members motivating everyone in the stadium. I felt like I was making a dream come true, since I've been listening to Green day for like 8 years now. I enjoyed it because I was the friend that introduced me to Green day, and we were ...

A country I'd like to visit: Italy

Image
I'm here today to talk about Italy, a country I'd like to visit. When I was in Barcelona, I had the oportunitty to meet an italian girl, Valeria, and she told things about Italy, specially Rome, that caught my attention. I know very little about Italy, just the most common things, like Rome, the Colisseum, the Pisa tower, but I'd like to visit all of them and know more about them, not just the "common things". I also know, that there are many works of art, since Da Vinci, Boticello, Michelangelo, among others, are italians and most of their work is there. The thing I'd like the most is to visit Florence, and see all of it's beauty and artistic culture. I'd also like to taste italian pizza and pasta, in all of their variety, and italian coffe, since Valeria told me it was different of any other coffe in the world. I would also like to visit Milan and Venice, and, if I got enough time, Palermo, Nápoles, among other cities. I think I would like to stu...

Personal information on the internet

In a society highly connected, it's not rare to see ourselfs with profiles in many social medias like facebook, instagram, among many others, and it's not rare to be asked to share personal infomation in them, such as interests, places you want to go, members of your family, where do you study/work, among others. We must be careful when sharing personal information, because the internet is full of people and it's public (even if we got our profiles as "private" there is information that others users can see) and it's not the same publishing your interests, than the members of your family. We never know what are the intentions of the people who uses the internet, and we must protect ourselfs and the ones we care about.  My favorite social media is Instagram, because of memes, but I'm very careful about publishing my photos and I don't publish anything about my personal information or my relative's.  We must understand the diference between the i...
