The best concert I ever went: Green Day 2010

Today I'm gonna talk about Green day's concert. It was in Santiago, Chile, in 2010, and it was Green day's second visit to Chile. Green day is a pop punk band, sometimes categorized as a punk rock band, that have a long career and many albums. Their career made possible for them to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015, for "yanking punk rock out of the underground and into the mainstream" (www.rockhall.com/inductees/green-day).

I remember been in the crowd, singing all the songs, and jumping with the beat of the drums, until I almost passed out because of dehydration, but I recovered and return to the crowd to jump and sing again. The atmosphere was really nice, all the public connected to the songs, and Green day's members motivating everyone in the stadium.

I felt like I was making a dream come true, since I've been listening to Green day for like 8 years now. I enjoyed it because I was the friend that introduced me to Green day, and we were both making our dream come true. I enjoyed it also because it wasn't just a concert, it was a show, with pirotechnia, water guns, music, different performances, among many other stuff that Green day added to those 3 hours.

I remember the end of the concert, listening to time of your life and everyone singing with Billie, and then the lights shutting down and Green day running away, just to come back 7 years later.

Forensic psychology

Hello everyone! Today I’ll be talking about the job I want to work in. I think I’d like to work as a psychologist, because there’re many areas where you can work, such as mental health, communitary, in the justice system, among others. Personally, I’m in between mental health or forensic psychology, but I’m not really sure which one I prefer. I’ll talk about forensic psychology because I feel it’s the closest to me, and the one where I can apply most of my knowledge. I imagine that job as doing evaluations of criminals and situations in family subjects, and, maybe, working as a profiler in a police department, like PDI or Carabineros. I think sometimes I’ll work indoor, working in an office or a place where I’ll be interviewing people, and in other times I’ll work outdoor, like when analizing crimes scenes or stuff like that. I won’t like to travel very much in my work, since I need to be in the country for whenever the tribunals call me, and that’s not compatible with traveling.

Postgraduate studies

Hello everyone! Today I am gonna write about some postgraduate studies I think I will take in the future. Since I want to work in the justice system as a forensic psychologist, I must have postgraduate studies that speciallice in forensic psychology. This is the main reason to take the course, because graduating from Universidad de Chile as a general psychologist just isn't enough, I need to speciallice. I would like to study forensic evaluation subjects, and evaluation on children and adults. I would like to study in Chile, since the knowledge I need to learn must be in this speciffic context and in this particular justice system. Also, I would like to have presential classes, I do not like having online or distance learning classes, because I believe the best way to learn is face to face with someone who can teach you things.
